• Flyer or campaign details included in the link that brought you to the site.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and device information used to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

• Create and display an approximate deck visualization for your home.
• Email or text the private project link you requested when the visualization is ready.
• Save your selected deck preferences with your project.
• Respond to a builder-introduction request you choose to submit.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Montco Decks platform.
• Understand which flyers or campaigns lead homeowners to the service.

When We Share Information

We share your contact details, uploaded home photo, project notes, and deck preferences with a deck builder only after you request an introduction and give consent. The builder is an independent business and will use that information to contact you about your project.

We also use service providers that help host the site, store private files, generate deck previews, and deliver requested email or text notifications. They may process information only to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the platform, its users, or others.

Photos and AI-Generated Previews

Uploaded photos are used to create a visual approximation of your home and a possible deck. A preview is not an architectural drawing, measurement, permit plan, engineering opinion, construction estimate, or guarantee that a design can be built.

Retention and Security

We retain project and introduction information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support the requested introduction, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may choose email, text message, or both for a visualization. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out of future texts from that sender.

You do not need to request a builder introduction to use the preview experience. If you do not submit the introduction form and accept its consent statement, Montco Decks will not share your contact details with a builder through that form.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information connected to a submitted introduction, reply to the Montco Decks or builder communication you receive and identify the project involved.

Children

Montco Decks is intended for adults planning a home-improvement project and is not directed to children under 13.
